And hello 2020! It’s 2020, the start of a new decade!
There is something about new year that symbolizes a fresh start, new goals, dreams and room for improvement in our lives. Also, each new year brings its own set of challenges. What’s important is to learn from it, if we are pushed down by it, we shall pick ourselves up and come out of it stronger than we were before.
I wish that your 2020 is your best year yet. May your year be filled with blessings, good health, peace of mind, good vibes, happiness, and love.

I love this concept of exchanging of energy over exchanging of time. We often forget to really connect and we get easily distracted by the digital world aka social media, that we don’t fully immerse ourselves in the present. I hope 2020 is the year where we are purposefully and intentionally present. Cheers!
